Additionally, all cooling unit evaporators are manufactured in house using only the highest quality U.S. steel and are GALVANIZED for increased resistance to rust and corrosion.

Shipping Information:
In stock orders are shipped within 48 and 72 hours after the order is received. Non-stock or special orders may take between 5 to 7 business days to manufacture and ship.
The RVFridgeStore uses Fedex for all of our shipping needs. Cooling units are shipped via Fedex Ground or Home Delivery. Complete refrigerators are shipped via Fedex Freight, and must be picked up at the local Fedex Freight terminal or dock that services your location. There are no expedited shipping options available.
Core Return, Refund, Returns, and Cancellation Policies:
We require a core return for every cooling unit that we ship. We send a prepaid return shipping label along with every order for you to use in returning your core. Core charges are only asssessed if we do not receive a core return.
With the exception of a cooling unit core return, all returned merchandise must be accompanied by a returned goods authorization (RGA) number. To obtain this number, contact us at 501-977-0877. Otherwise, the merchandise will be delayed in Shipping/Receiving and no action will be taken until the original order can be researched and obtained. The RGA number must be prominently displayed on the outside of the box.
All returned orders will be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. Under no circumstances will the RVFridgeStore be responsible for freight on returned merchandise. Special order items are non refundable. Refunds will only be made after the returned merchandise is inspected for any damage and tested for operational status. This process may take up to 15 business days, depending on our workload at the time the returned merchandise is received.
All returned merchandise must be in the original packaging, must contain all parts and manuals, and be in "like new" condition. They must also contain a copy of the original invoice. Merchandise returned without original packaging and manuals will incur a 30% restocking fee. No exceptions.
As per the terms of our warranty, we reserve the right to replace or refund, at our discretion, any cooling unit that is deemed defective only after return and inspection of the unit in question. No refunds will be made until this inspection is completed by a WCRVR employee. Cooling units that have failed due to improper installation and/or operation will not be eligible for a refund, but will be repaired at a pro-rated amount based on the extent of damage done to the cooling unit and returned to the owner.
There are no refunds on any cooling units or refrigerators after 30 days from the date on the invoice.
All cancellations will be made minus all applicable fees associated with credit card processing, shipping, restocking, etc.
Freight Damages:
All packages must be inspected as soon as possible for freight damage, and any potential damage must be reported to both the shipper and World Class RV Refrigeration, Inc. in a timely manner. Freight damaged items will be replaced as soon as possible upon verification that a freight claim has been filed. It is the customers responsibility to file the appropriate freight claims.
