Each refrigerator is completely disassembled, inspected, tested, and cleaned before being assembled. All mechanical and electrical parts are thoroughly inspected using the most advanced test equipment on the market. Any part that is not within specification is replaced with new or rebuilt parts. Each refrigerator receives a WCRVR cooling unit, covered by our standard 2 Year Warranty, and a 1 Year Warranty on the mechanical parts of the refrigerator. Electrical boards(*) are replaced with new units from Dinosaur Electronics and are covered by the manufacturer's 3 Year Warranty. All wire racks are sanded and recoated, or replaced with new pieces when necessary. All plastic bins and shelves are reconditioned or replaced with new pieces when necessary. Most units are not shipped with decorative door panels, however, panels are available upon request.

We require that you return your old unit as a core, and we furnish a prepaid core return shipping label with every unit that we ship. We ask that the core be returned within 10 business days of receipt of your new unit. This time limit is flexible if we know in advance. Charges do apply in the event that we do not receive a core from you.
