SHIPPING
World Class RV Refrigeration, Inc. utilizes several different freight companies. Among these are United Parcel Service (UPS), DHL Express, and FedEx Freight. Smaller, single door cooling units and some of the flat (Norcold) cooling units are shipped via UPS Ground services. The larger, double door cooling units with freezer bars, such as Dometic RM2600 and RM2800 models, are shipped via DHL Express due to their superior freight rates on Oversize 3 packages.
Our reconditioned refrigerators are all shipped by FedEx Freight, a "less than truckload" freight carrier. Please note that all freight rates quoted on a reconditioned refrigerator are calculated based on you picking the refrigerator up at the local FedEx Freight terminal, or having it delivered to a business address. Residential delivery, when possible, is a very expensive option for an LTL truck line, and will only be quoted by request.
All orders will be subject to a $12 packaging fee. This is necessary for the additional packaging required to conform to U.S. Department of Transportation rules and regulations regarding transporting items containing ammonia.
CORE RETURN POLICY
Our price schedules are based on a ready availability of useable cooling unit cores. We must receive a core in exchange for every cooling unit or refrigerator that we ship. To make this as simple as possible, we include a prepaid return label with every unit. Simply install your new cooling unit or refrigerator, place the old unit in the box or on the pallet that the new one arrived in, place the return label on the outside of the box making sure to cover the original shipping label, and call or drop the box off with the carrier that your new unit arrived by. It's that easy.
Please note that we will invoice you for additional core charges should we not receive a cooling unit core from you. This charge is not included in the original price of the cooling unit. We ask that you return the core within 10 business days of receiving your new cooling unit.
However, should you not be able to meet that time frame, please let us know so that we do not make any unnecessary charges to your account. We are very flexible on the time frame if we know ahead of time, however, in the event that we do not receive your cooling unit core, we will bill the credit card that we have on file for you for the core charges owed. These charges will be refunded (minus any fees incurred) once we confirm that the core was returned to us.
In the event that you are billed for a cooling unit core that you failed to return to us, you must contact World Class RV Refrigeration at 501-977-0877 and provide proof (either by fax or email) that you did indeed ship the core along with a copy of your invoice. A refund will not be issued until you have furnished this information and we have confirmed receipt of the core.
The cooling unit cores must be wrapped in plastic (double bagged large, heavy weight lawn type trash bags work well) and taped in a manner sufficient enough to trap any residual ammonia odor. Should an ammonia odor be detected during transit, the package will be dropped off in route. World Class RV Refrigeration, Inc. is not responsible for any fines or penalties resulting from an improperly packaged core.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
We accept payment via cash, personal check, money order, and all major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express).
Due to the increasing volume of declined credit cards, an authorization on your card will be obtained prior to the order being placed into production.
Payment by check or money order is certainly welcome. however, the check will be deposited and must clear prior to beginning production on or shipping your order. No exceptions.
RETURNED MERCHANDISE / REFUNDS
All returned merchandise must be accompanied by a returned goods authorization (RGA) number. To obtain this number, contact World Class RV Refrigeration Inc. Otherwise, the merchandise will be delayed in Shipping/Receiving and no action will be taken until the original order can be obtained. The RGA number must be prominently displayed on the outside of the box.
All returned merchandise must be in the original packaging, must contain all parts and manuals, and be in "like new" condition. They must also contain a copy of the original invoice. Merchandise returned without original packaging and manuals will incur a 30% restocking fee. No exceptions.
All returned orders, once shipped, will be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. Under no circumstances will World Class RV Refrigeration, Inc. be responsible for freight on returned merchandise. This policy is in effect at the time the merchandise is tendered to the shipping company. Special order items are non refundable. No exceptions. Special order items are those items that World Class RV Refrigeration orders especially for you from the manufacturer and has drop shipped directly to your address. This includes items such as door handles, door gaskets, interior shelves, door bins, lights, clips, and any other item not normally stocked by World Class RV Refrigeration.
Refunds will only be made after the returned merchandise is inspected for any damage and tested for operational status. This process may take between 30 to 45 days, depending on our workload at the time the returned merchandise is received. No exceptions. Refunds will be issued by company check. Under no circumstances will refunds be issued to the credit card used to purchase the merchandise due to escalating credit card processing fees. For this reason, it is imperative that we have your correct mailing address on file.
As per the terms of our warranty, World Class RV Refrigeration, Inc. reserves the right to replace or refund, at our discretion, any cooling unit that is deemed defective* only after inspection of the defective unit. No refunds will be made until this inspection is completed by a WCRVR employee. Cooling units that have failed due to improper installation and/or operation will not be eligible for a refund, but will be repaired at a pro-rated amount based on the extent of damage done to the cooling unit and returned to the owner. No exceptions.
There are no refunds on any cooling units or refrigerators after 30 days from the date on the invoice.
Effective 07-01-2011, any cooling unit that is reported to be defective and returned will be fully and completely tested. If the unit is found to be operational, you will be charged a 50% re-stocking fee with no provision for freight. If the unit is found to be stopped up, you will be charged the same 50% re-stocking fee. If you file a chargeback for the remainder of the amount, you will be immediately turned over to a 3rd party collection agency with negative consequences on your credit history. This policy is for both retail and wholesale accounts.
* The term "defective" applies to units that are reported to be nonfunctional, have an improper fit, size, etc. The inspection process can take between 30 to 60 days from the date of receipt of the unit at our facility to complete.
Wholesale accounts will be issued an in-house credit to their account that is good on any and all future transactions.
CHARGEBACKS
World Class RV Refrigeration will make any and every effort to resolve any problems with each one of our valued customers. As such, our policies are very clear and concise regarding freight damage, warranty resolutions, cancellations, etc.
Past due accounts as the result of a chargeback will be turned over to a third party collection agency for immediate collection. World Class RV Refrigeration, Inc. will not be responsible for any fees associated with such. This collection agency will report any past due accounts as the result of a chargeback to the 3 main credit reporting agencies.
In the event that you file a chargeback to recover shipping or re-stocking fees once your refund has been issued, the chargeback will be disputed and your account will be immediately placed in collection. This will have a detrimental effect on your individual credit.
World Class RV Refrigeration Inc. will take all other actions it deems necessary to resolve the chargeback.
FREIGHT DAMAGE
All packages must be inspected for freight damage, and any potential damage must be reported to both the shipper and World Class RV Refrigeration, Inc. in a timely manner. Failure of a cooling unit or refrigerator due to unreported freight damage is not a condition that is covered under warranty. Refunds will not be made on cooling units or refrigerators due to freight damage. Freight damaged cooling units will be replaced. Freight damaged refrigerators will be replaced if necessary. Otherwise, the damaged parts on the refrigerator will be replaced.
Freight damage is not a condition that our customer is responsible for. Likewise, it is not a condition that World Class RV Refrigeration, Inc. is responsible for either. The freight company is responsible for handling the merchandise in a manner that will insure that the package arrives in good condition. World Class RV Refrigeration, Inc. will work with the responsible freight company to resolve any and all freight damage issues with our customer's best interest in mind.
Should a refund be made on a cooling unit that has freight damage, the entire amount of the refund may not be immediately available. This is due to the fact that freight claims can take up to 90 days to process and receive reimbursement from the freight companies.
CANCELLATIONS
Any order that is canceled after the order has shipped will be charged for all freight costs, packaging costs, and reconsignment fees associated with returning the merchandise to our facility. Any order that is canceled after the credit card has been charged will be refunded less 3% of the total amount for credit card processing fees. There are no exceptions to this.
